Whole Wheat Salad Wrap

Servings : 4

Ingredients

  • Whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta)
  • Olive oil
  • Onions,fine chopped
  • Tomato , fine chopped
  • Garlic clove
  • Corainder, fine chopped
  • Lettuce shredded
  • Carrort, sliced
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Moong Bean Sprouts
  • Black pepper & Roasted Cumin seed

Directions

For Wrap:

  1. Combine whole wheat flour, 1 tsp olive oil ,water and pinch of salt to make dough
  2. Divide in 4 equal portions and roll out each into 8″ diameter circles
  3. Heat tava & Lightly cook it both sides

For Salad:

  1. In a bowl mix shredded lettuce, moong bean sprouts, carrots ,coriander , lemon juice , black pepper & roasted cumin seeds

For Serving:

  1. Place a roti on a clean and dry surface
  2. Spread 2 tbsp of tomato garlic chutney evenly over it
  3. Place salad in the center of roti
  4. Roll it tightly and serve immediately
