Three Bean Salad

Ingredients

  • chopped spring onions
  • Tomato cubes
  • Oil
  • lemon juice
  • Chopped Basils
  • Grated garlic
  • Salt
  • Chopped Coriander (dhania)
  • Boiled Rajma (Kidney Beans), Chawli (Cow Pea), Chick Peas

Directions

  1. Mix all the beans and vegetables together
  2. Add oil, lemon juice, chopped basil. grated garlic, salt and mix well. Refrigerate till required
  3. Serve chilled garnished with the chopped coriander
