Stuffed Lady Finger

Servings : 4

Ingredients

  • Lady Fingers (Okra)
  • Low Fat Paneer
  • Onion
  • Tomato
  • Red chilli powder
  • Coriander powder & Cumin powder
  • Turmeric powder
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • garam masala Powder
  • Chopped coriander
  • Olive Oil & Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Clean, wash and wipe okra absolutely dry. Slit from one side and keep aside
  2. Mix grated paneer, garam masala, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder and salt
  3. Stuff the okra with this mixture
  4. Keep the left over stuffing mixture separately
  5. Heat oil in a pan; fry the ginger-garlic paste, onions and cook till light brown
  6. Add stuffed okra; cook covered on a low flame, stir occasionally
  7. Add chopped tomatoes and rest of the mixture
  8. Cook covered on a low flame till bhindi is fully cooked and tender. 9. Garnish with chopped coriander and serve with chapatti
