NutriHealth is the brainchild of Dr. Shikha Sharma, a qualified allopath having done her MBBS from Maulana Azad Medical College, Delhi, which is ranked as one of the top three medical colleges in India.

After completing her studies, Dr. Shikha, while undergoing her one year junior residency in the department of cardiology, kindled her desire and yearning to work in the area of preventive healthcare.

Dedicated to her vision, Nutri Health took form, which provides preventive healthcare advisory programs and she fulfils her dream of serving the people with unique personalised nutrition plans integrating Vedic and Modern Nutrition concepts.

Apart from her busy schedule, Dr. Shikha is an avid columnist too with her weekly health columns featuring regularly without a break since the last 10 years in The Hindustan Times and The National Newspaper. Her regular columns apart, she has been widely quoted in almost all the leading publications in the country, like The Times of India, Femina, The Cosmopolitan to name a few. Dr. Shikha features in the article in India Today on the Top 50 Young Achievers of the Country and she even features in the book on entrepreneurship ‘Follow Every Rainbow’ by Rashmi Bansal.
